What you’ll do

- Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays
- Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas of the store
- Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product
- Support the team with daily visual priorities and commercial actions
- Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed to support the wider team

What we’re looking for

- Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product presentation
- Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
- A genuine interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour
- The ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly
- A team-oriented approach and confidence guiding and influencing others
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Availability to work a 38-hour roster across weekdays and weekends
- 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands
