The Opportunity To support our continued growth, a Contracts Compliance Analyst opportunity has become available in Sydney. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to ensure commercial compliance of all J&J; Medtech ANZ contracts; creating awareness and influencing commercial contract owners on opportunities to increase financial performance. Additionally,



this role is responsible for the smooth operating of tools and processes used in J&J; Medtech commercial customer contracts.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring and managing customer contract compliance, identifying market share and revenue recovery opportunities, overseeing rebate processes, and ensuring adherence to capital placement and contractual obligations
- Producing accurate and timely customer reports in line with contractual requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to gather, validate, and communicate key data and performance metrics
- Maintaining contract repositories and reporting tools, improving process efficiency and standardisation, and supporting seamless integration of contract management activities across the business
- Acting as backup for pricing and contract administration activities, maintaining ERP pricing conditions, and supporting ongoing training, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, together with Pricing and Customer Service experience within a large complex organisation is highly regarded.

Experience with Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools, working knowledge of SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI, and intermediate skills using MS Office.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across functions.

Excellent communication and organisational skills,



strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
