Queensland Government is seeking a Visits Processing Officer to support prisoner visit bookings and ensure visitors are approved. You will input and maintain accurate computerised and hardcopy records, and protect confidentiality of all documentation.
Relay visit procedures at booking, confirm bookings on arrival, and direct visitors as required. You will manage your workflow, answer queries from the public and relatives, and provide information on visit times, days, duration and frequency.
