CQ. Studio, a part of Conquest Group, is our in‑house team of passionate designers with extensive experience within the mixed‑use residential sector. The team enjoy the opportunity to collaborate more closely with our development team and construction delivery team.

Due to our exponential growth, we are looking to grow the team with an experienced Graduate Architect who has proven experience in multi‑residential and mixed‑use developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to construction.
- Assist with architectural design, presentations, visualisations, material selections, and design development.
- Prepare high-quality Revit documentation, drawings, schedules, and construction packages.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to coordinate design outcomes.
- Assist with site inspections, construction documentation, and resolving design and technical issues.
- Develop your knowledge of planning, building codes, materials, construction, and industry best practice.
- Contribute to design research and continuous improvement while developing your skills toward architectural registration.

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architecture,



ideally within the mixed‑use or multi‑residential development sectors
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Enscape (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of architectural design, documentation, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
- Basic understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards, planning requirements, and building regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem‑solving approach.
- An interest in buildability, value engineering, and the delivery of high‑quality residential projects.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to learning, professional development, and progressing toward architectural registration.
