North Vic Caravans is seeking a Pre Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Wangaratta, VIC location. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that every caravan meets our high standards before delivery to our customers. As Pre Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and coordinating the final delivery of caravans, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and our reputation in the industry.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of caravans to identify any defects or issues requiring rectification
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure all identified issues are resolved to specification
- Prepare delivery documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Liaise with customers to schedule delivery times and communicate any updates or requirements
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify that all systems and components are functioning correctly before handover
- Maintain detailed records of all pre-delivery inspections and repairs completed
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Assist in training and supporting workshop team members on pre-delivery requirements and standards

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a pre-delivery, quality assurance, or similar coordination role within the automotive or caravan industry
- Strong knowledge of caravan systems, including electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical components
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously




- Proficiency in using inspection checklists and quality assurance procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, workshop staff and management
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high standards of quality
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Valid driver's licence and the ability to drive various vehicle types when required
- Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or booking management systems (preferred)
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to exceptional service delivery
