Our client is a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, acting across construction, property and commercial matters. A permanent prospect has opened for a Construction Lawyer with 1 to 3 years' PAE to learn the craft across both the front end and the back end of projects.

About the role

You will support the partners and senior lawyers across the life of construction projects, taking on more responsibility as you grow. You will:





- Assist with drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documents
- Support advice to clients on their rights and obligations
- Help on construction disputes, from early notices through to resolution
- Prepare research, chronologies and documents for senior lawyers
- Take on increasing responsibility as your experience builds

What you'll bring

- 1 to 3 years' PAE
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- An interest in construction law, with some exposure preferred
- Strong research and drafting skills and a collaborative approach
