The Cook And Baker in Bondi Junction is seeking a Pastry Chef (Full-Time) to join our busy kitchen team, crafting pastries, cakes and sweet and savoury items.
You will prepare, bake and finish goods, supervise junior staff when required, and maintain high quality, food safety and efficiency in early-morning production. Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes are essential; formal patisserie or commercial cookery training is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience.
