Wellways Australia Limited is seeking an Intake Worker to join Connected Care in Northern Tasmania. You will be the first point of contact for people accessing services, supporting intake, screening and assessment using the IAR-DST to understand needs and arrange appropriate care.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including peer workers and clinicians, to promote recovery, safety and timely access to services across the region.
