Sales Representative / BDM - $125k OTE in year 1

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Consultants based in Sydney and /or surrounds to join our expanding Australian team.

What Will You Be Doing?

Sales are where the action is and you’ll be right in it.

You will:

Prospect and generate your own opportunities in-market

Walk into local businesses and start conversations

Identify opportunities and tailor solutions

Close deals and onboard new customers

Build strong relationships within your territory

What Do You Need to Apply?

A solid desire to work in a field-based sales role





Confidence speaking with business owners face-to-face

Drive to meet and exceed targets

Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication and people skills

Willingness to learn and develop

Based in Brisbane and/or Gold Coast.

What Will Set You Apart?

Previous sales experience (field or phone-based)

Experience in hospitality, retail, or small business

Ability to build rapport quickly and close confidently

A proactive, self-starting mindset

Comfortable working independently in a territory

$70K–$75K base salary + super

Uncapped commission (OTE $110K–$125K+)
