ETS is looking to hire a skilled, qualified, and motivated Mechanic to join our dynamic fleet services team. This is a workshop role based at our Townsville workshop, with occasional field work/breakdown works.

Your day will consist of an compelling variety of work including:

- Undertaking service and repairs on our fleet of trucks, utes, EWP’s, chippers & small plant
- Attending to breakdowns & repairs
- Carrying out inspections in a timely manner to required standards
- Maintaining a safe & clean work area

Skills & Experience:

- Knowledge and experience working on diesel trucks and hydraulic equipment is preferred
- Ideally you will have a technical and practical understanding of EWP’s, utes, chippers and vegetation maintenance equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to accurately complete work-related documentation is essential.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised, autonomously and in a team environment
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures.

Salary Package includes:

- Circa $50 per hour in line with your skills and experience, plus overtime paid at penalty rates
- 12% Super
- Optional Monthly RDO (rostered day off)
