Seascape Restaurant and Bar in Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a multi-level beachfront kitchen. You will help create exceptional dishes and uphold strict standards of quality and presentation.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in high-end, quick-paced kitchens, strong planning and communication skills, and a positive attitude. Excellence, teamwork and adherence to health regulations are essential.
