Redcape Hospitality is recruiting Chefs, Cooks, Chefs de Partie and Senior Chefs de Partie to join The Plough Inn in South Bank, Brisbane .

The Plough serves food on a serious scale, and it takes a large kitchen team working together to make it happen. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, keep your section moving and play your part in delivering consistent food through busy services.

Whether you’re building your cooking experience, confident running your own section or ready to support and develop other chefs, we have opportunities at different levels.

- Chefs & Cooks | Casual: Bring commercial kitchen experience and build your skills across prep and service

- Chef de Partie | Full-time: Run your section independently, managing preparation, timing and food quality

- Senior Chef de Partie | Full-time: Lead your section, support junior chefs and help coordinate service across the team

What you’ll be doing

- Prepare and cook meals to recipe and presentation standards

- Keep your section organised, stocked and ready for service

- Work closely with other sections to deliver orders accurately and on time

- Maintain food safety,



cleanliness and safe working practices

- Support stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction

- For CDP and Senior CDP roles, take ownership of your section and support less experienced team members

What we’re looking for

- Previous commercial cooking experience, with high-volume pub or restaurant experience highly regarded

- Ability to work efficiently and maintain food quality through busy service

- Strong teamwork, clear communication and a reliable approach

- Confidence running a section independently for CDP and Senior CDP roles

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
