The Role

As a electronic security and communications Project Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of project delivery, from planning and scheduling through to budget control, installation, commissioning, and final client handover. The role requires a solid background in security and/or communication systems alongside demonstrated project expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate & deliver security/communication projects concurrently across construction sites

Lead project planning, programming, and budget management to achieve on-time and on-budget outcomes

Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality standards and WHS compliance





Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent service delivery

What We're Looking For

A Project Coordinator or Project Manager with experience

Strong foundational project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Sound knowledge of construction environments, including site processes and WHS requirements

Confident communication and leadership skills to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

Solid financial awareness, including budget tracking and cost control
