What’sthe opportunity?

As our Assistant Planner / Concentrator Administrator, you’ll provide planning, coordination and administrative support to the Concentrator Maintenance team, helping ensure maintenance activities and shutdowns are prepared, organised and ready for execution.

Working closely with the Shutdown Planner and broader Planning team, you’ll coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilisation, maintain key documentation and support the preparation of maintenance and shutdown activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, stakeholder coordination and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Based at our Ernest Henry Operations and reporting to the Lead Planner, you’ll:

- Coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities to support planned shutdowns and maintenance work
- Support shutdown planning through maintaining trackers, action registers and readiness documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Planning and Maintenance teams, including reports, records and meeting coordination
- Maintain accurate document control and filing systems for maintenance, contractor and shutdown records
- Build strong relationships with planners, supervisors, contractors and support teams to ensure activities remain on track.

Does this sound like you?

You’re highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You enjoy creating structure, managing information and supporting teams to achieve successful outcomes. Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Experience in administration, planning support, maintenance support or a similar coordination role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Experience with contractor onboarding, shutdown coordination, document control or maintenance systems will be highly regarded.
