Oxford Properties Sydney is seeking a full time Analyst to join its Sydney office, part of Oxford’s Europe and APAC region. The Analyst will work across investments and asset management, underwriting opportunities and supporting value creation for existing assets, with exposure to senior team members and partners.
You will model cash flows, perform due diligence, prepare investment memo presentations, assist with refinancing and redevelopment initiatives, and contribute to portfolio planning.
