Bistro Thierry is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy French restaurant in Toorak, VIC. You must be a qualified chef with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant apprenticeship or equivalent grading.
As Sous Chef you will run the kitchen and staff when the Head Chef is unavailable, maintain high standards of food preparation, create rosters, and train staff on the current menu in line with Bistro Thierry standards, while adhering to Australian OH&S;
