Harris Scarfe is seeking a Desktop Services Analyst in VIC to support the End User Services Team across desktop environments, incident management, and maintenance. You will perform 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in on-call escalations on a rotating basis in a fast-paced retail tech setting.

You should have at least 3 years in operational desktop support, be proficient with Active Directory and MS 365 admin, and thrive in a energetic team.
