Lightning HR Pty Ltd in the Toowoomba region is seeking an experienced Plasterer/Setter to join a dedicated team at our factory-based operation. You will focus on setting and finishing plasterboard with confidence and pride in a quality finish.

This full time role offers steady hours, 8–10 hour days, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday work and bonuses. All work is conducted in-house at our factory with air‑conditioned facilities and a supportive crew.
