Sprinklr is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and drive Professional Services opportunities across ANZ. You will partner with Sales, Services, and Partners to develop proposals, define Statements of Work, and structure commercial offers for current and existing customers.
You will lead executive-level conversations, align customer outcomes with Sprinklr’s services model, and manage the services pipeline, ensuring profitable, scalable delivery across the ANZ region.
