Looking for a change of pace without leaving the industry you love? This role lets you use your hairdressing expertise in a retail setting — helping clients achieve their hair goals through expert product advice and consultations, without the physical demands of the salon floor.
What you'll be doing
You’ll conduct personalised hair health consultations, recommend tailored solutions from 250+ professional brands, share expert advice on maintaining healthy hair between salon visits, and support the wider salon team as needed.
What’s in it for you
Enjoy retail hours and a better work-life balance, attractive performance incentives, generous staff discounts across our full qualified range,
and ongoing development through our comprehensive training platform — all as part of Australia's largest hairdressing network.
What we’re looking for
A Certificate III in Hairdressing (essential), a passion for hair care products, and the communication skills to turn your professional knowledge into an exceptional client experience. If you’re a qualified hairdresser ready for a new direction, we’d love to hear from you.
