Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Sydney to support clients with a client-centered approach. You will greet clients, manage enquiries, and perform reception and administrative tasks including bookings, claims processing, data entry and monthly reports.
You will liaise with clients of all backgrounds, including children and those with complex needs, and assist clinicians with basic hearing aid support and troubleshooting.
