We are seeking a proactive and dynamic solicitor to join our Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in family law who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and is eager to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport‑building, with sensitivity to the personal nature of family law matters
- Take initiative in managing a diverse family law caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of legal services
- Coordinate with colleagues to develop strategies, share insights, and foster a cohesive team environment
- Prepare and review legal documents with precision, upholding the highest standards of accuracy
- Persuasively advocate for clients, aiming for fair and practical outcomes in negotiations
- Drive tasks to completion with determination, meeting deadlines even under pressure
About you
- Admitted as a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in family law
- Able to obtain an unrestricted practising certificate in NSW
- Proven ability to manage family law matters independently from start to finish
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- Articulate and confident, with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively
- Self‑motivated with the ability to deliver exceptional results independently
- Strong attention to detail ensuring high‑quality work that meets exacting standards
- Able to handle multiple priorities seamlessly and remain composed under tight deadlines
