Blu Healthcare is recruiting Disability Support Workers for casual shifts in SIL homes across Gold Coast suburbs such as Pimpama and Hope Island. You will provide person-centred support, help with daily living, and assist with community participation.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert III/IV in Individual Support, have a valid driver's licence and current checks, and are passionate about enabling independence for people with disability.
