You will support healthcare candidates from their initial enquiry through onboarding and ongoing shift bookings. Your focus will be keeping candidates engaged, understanding their availability and preferences, and matching suitable, cleared workers to available shifts. This role follows a 180 recruitment model, with responsibility for candidate management and bookings rather than new client sales or business development.
Key responsibilities
- Contact applicants and existing candidates by phone, email and approved messaging channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to understand qualifications, experience, work preferences and availability.
- Source candidates through our database, job advertisements and referrals.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and help them access suitable work opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process.
- Collect required documents and coordinate outstanding requirements with the compliance team.
- Keep candidates informed about their onboarding progress.
- Confirm candidates are approved and transparent to work before booking them into shifts.
- Match candidates to shifts based on their qualifications, experience, availability, location and client requirements.
- Contact available candidates promptly to fill open shifts.

- Handle personal information with care and discretion.
- Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, rostering or a contact centre would be helpful.
- An interest in healthcare or recruitment is also desirable.
