Protech's Track & Trade Ready Program in Beerburrum offers a paid traineeship for women to start a career in rail and construction, with opportunities on major infrastructure projects. No prior industry experience required.

In the initial 16-week full time traineeship you will complete a Certificate I in Construction, earn $28–$29 per hour (plus overtime and allowances), and gain hands-on exposure with a supported pathway forward.
