Piccolo By Her – We're Hiring a Barista (Fortitude Valley)
Piccolo By Her in Fortitude Valley is looking for a barista who genuinely loves coffee, not just someone clocking in shifts. We're focused on taking our coffee and service to the next level, and we want someone keen to grow with us.
Casual to start, with permanent part time or full-time on the table for the right person.
What we're after
- Solid specialty coffee experience (close to 2 years is great, but if you're a bit under and genuinely keen, let's talk)
- Quick on your feet in a busy service
- Flexible availability is a big plus, doesn't need to be all seven days
- Real curiosity about coffee, not just going through the motions
What's in it for you
- Award rate level 2 and above, depending on experience
- Weekly and monthly training with a world-certified trainer
- Support if you want to get into competitions
- A genuine path to Supervisor or Head Barista
Bonus points if you're into cupping, filter/pourover, or developing new menu ideas.
If you want more than just pulling shots and want to build something with us, come talk to us.
