We Care NSW is seeking an experienced Injury Management and WHS Coordinator to support a growing not-for-profit workforce in Maitland. This part-time role focuses on end-to-end workers compensation, return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements across the organisation.
You will liaise with Secure Work NSW and SIRA, coordinate the safety committee and develop monthly WHS reports, while reviewing policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace for staff and clients.
