Job Description

Role: Process Worker ANZSIC CODE Classification: Concrete Products Award (Level 2) Rate: 55,000 - 65,000 AUD/Year

Location: Kelso NSW 2795 Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week Monday- Friday but hours may change for shift work or weekends. Full time ongoing position (6 months or more)

Approximate start date - October 2026 Open Vacancy: 10

Perform general production and process work in a concrete products manufacturing environment. Assist with preparing moulds, materials, equipment and production areas. Assist with the manufacture, pouring, stripping, finishing and handling of concrete products.

Operate basic tools, equipment and machinery as trained and directed. Move materials and finished products using safe manual handling techniques and approved equipment.



Carry out basic production and quality checks and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, moulds and work areas. Follow work instructions, protected work procedures and supervisor directions. Wear and correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work safely and contribute to maintaining a clean and organised workplace. Work as part of a team and assist across different production activities as required. Participate in workplace training and develop skills across production processes.
