The Opportunity

This is a key role in our Stawell processing plant. As a Skins Supervisor you will lead a small team to meet customer requirements and:

- Organise transportation of skins for further processing
- Ensuring all QA processes and paperwork is correct for further processing of skins
- Making sure safety standards are followed

What We Are Looking For





- Leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing with Meat industry experience advantageous
- Shipping and freight coordination experience
- Solid experience in leading, supporting and developing small teams
- The ability to perform and multitask under pressure
- Ability to identify opportunities for optimising production processes
- Focused on delivering quality standards
- Exceptional communication skills, complimented by problem solving and a great attention to detail
- Forklift licence/ticket preferred (not essential)
- Whilst we will value any Skins valuing and livestock handling experience, we are most interested in your leadership experience and are happy to train the technical aspects of Skin valuing and livestock handling for the right person.

The successful person will need to complete a preemployment Medical Examination - including Q fever vaccination, fitness, drug and alcohol testing.
