Youwillprovidestrategicandcommerciallegalsupportacrossageneralcommercialagreements,masteragreements,ICTandprocurement.

Whatyou’llbedoing

- Providingcommerciallyfocusedlegaladviceonarangeofgeneralcommercialagreementsandcontractswithinthecorporateportfolio.
- Drafting,reviewing,andnegotiatinglegalagreementsandtransactiondocumentation.
- Managingmultiplemattersconcurrentlyinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Supportingkeystakeholdersacrossthewiderbusiness.
- Identifyinglegalrisksandprovidingpracticalsolutionstomitigatethoserisks.
- Managingandinstructingexternallegalcounseloncomplexmattersandmonitoringdeliveryagainstbudget.
- Contributingtolegalprocessimprovementsandknowledge-sharinginitiatives.
- Workingindependentlywhilebuildingtrustedrelationshipsacrossthekeystakeholdergroupsandbroaderbusinessteams.Thisrolewillalsoseeyouengageandmanageexternallegalcounselonmorecomplexmatters,ensuringqualityoutcomesandeffectivecostmanagement.

Whatyoubringtotherole

- ABachelorofLaws(LLB),JurisDoctor(JD)orequivalentlegalqualification.
- AdmissiontopracticeasanAustralianlawyer.




- Atleast6years'post-admissionexperience(PAE).
- Demonstratedexperienceingeneralcommercialpractice.ICT,energyandfront-endconstructionexperiencewillbehighlydesired.
- Experiencemanagingaportfolioofcomplexmattersandbalancingcompetingpriorities.
- Strongnegotiation,communication,andrelationship-buildingskills.
- Theabilitytoworkindependentlywhilepartneringeffectivelywithdiversestakeholders.
- Aproactive,solutions-focusedapproachandsoundcommercialjudgement.
