Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a reliable Transfer Station Operator to support day-to-day operations at a busy Resource Recovery/Waste Management Centre in Ballina. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, providing calm customer service while directing vehicles to correct drop-off areas and encouraging safe, compliant recycling.
Hours are 7:30am–4:30pm on a rotating roster, starting 2–3 days per week with potential to increase to full time in early 2027.
