Scenic World in the Blue Mountains is looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Events team onsite. You’ll work with the Senior Event Manager to plan and deliver our annual program of major events and activations, ensuring memorable experiences and guest satisfaction.
This hands-on role covers event coordination, logistics and stakeholder management—from planning and timelines to in office setup, delivery and pack-down, while keeping multiple moving parts on track for a seamless guest
