The prospect

You'll join one of our key operational teams on major sports field construction and refurbishment projects. We often handle the final stage of construction, getting fields ready for play and making sure they perform in all conditions. That means attention to detail matters, and quality is everything.

You'll work in a small,



dedicated crew that wins together. Everyone plays their role, and the results speak for themselves.

What you'll do

- Operate tractors and specialist sports field equipment (full training provided)
- Work from designs and drawings to deliver new builds and renovations
- Deliver high-quality finishes on tier-one sporting surfaces
- Work to GHG's systems, processes and quality standards
- Put safety first, every time

About you

- Experienced operator with advanced tractor skills
- Keen to learn specialist equipment and pick up new skills
- Physically fit for site work
- Takes direction well and works as part of a team
- Takes pride in quality work you can tell people about
- Loves sport, whether you play it or watch it
- Ambition to grow into a future team leader role
- HR licence desirable but not essential
