Club Ryde is a welcoming community club in the heart of Ryde, offering outstanding dining, entertainment, gaming and events for members and guests. We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our operations and create exceptional experiences across the venue.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, supporting teams and making a genuine impact in a community-focused club.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and presentation while supporting a positive and engaged team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily club operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and member experiences
- Coach, support and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and club regulations




- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain venue presentation and operational standards
- Support functions, promotions and special events

About You

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding of gaming and club operations
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications
