The Freehouse in Collingwood is a new 170-seat bar and kitchen backed by TWØBAYS Brewing Co. We are building a solid kitchen team and looking for chefs at every stage of their career to join us.
The menu is Modern Australian with South American influences, designed to sit alongside TWØBAYS’ gluten-free beers and dietary-friendly cooking. Roster: Wednesday to Sunday, usually finishing around 10pm.
