This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in vocational education, student recruitment, sales and digital marketing who is looking for a flexible part-time role. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting VIITE's courses, developing relationships with prospective students and education partners, and supporting the growth of VIITE's presence in the Gold Coast and wider Queensland market.

Key responsibilities

- Promote VIITE's vocational education courses to prospective students.
- Generate and follow up leads through phone, email, social media and other channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, education agents, community organisations and industry partners.
- Assist with student recruitment and enrolment activities.
- Develop and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns for Gold Coast campus.
- Identify new sales and business development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads and sales activities.
- Work towards agreed sales and student recruitment KPIs.
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.
- Represent VIITE at local education and community events when required.

About you

- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Australian VET/RTO sector.
- Good understanding of vocational education,



courses and student recruitment.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing is preferable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in generating leads and converting enquiries into enrolments.
- Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for marketing and business development is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Professional, positive and proactive approach to work.
- VET/RTO experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with education agents and international student recruitment will also be highly regarded.
