Contract Resources seeks an experienced Talent Lead to join the People & Culture team on a permanent full time basis in Perth. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead and evolve talent acquisition across Australia, shaping recruitment processes, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
This hands-on leadership role combines operational delivery with strategic initiatives, working with stakeholders to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences and to
