About the Role
Working alongside an experienced team, you will help deliver professional healthcare services while providing exceptional customer care to our local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy legislation, quality, safety and professional standards, including those set by the Pharmacy Board of Australia and the Quality Safety Pharmacy Program (QSPP).
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the dispensary and assisting with front-of-shop activities.
- Providing accurate dispensing and professional patient counselling to achieve the best health outcomes.
- Suprvising and supporting pharmacy assistants and junior staff.
- Managing dispensary stock, ordering, and inventory control.
- Supporting store initiatives and contributing to the continued success of the pharmacy.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with patients.
- Working collaboratively as part of the team while demonstrating leadership when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
- A professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Vaccination accreditation (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
