SEQUAL is expanding psychosocial and complex behaviour support services across the northside of Brisbane. We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our teams, supporting clients with complex needs in SIL houses, community, and hospital settings.
The role involves managing escalations, implementing PBS plans, de-escalation techniques, and promoting client dignity and safety. The position is casual, with morning/afternoon/sleepover shifts across Monday–Sunday.
