Dexcom is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist patients, families and healthcare professionals with Dexcom CGM products. You will troubleshoot issues across smartphones, insulin pumps and other medical devices, guiding users through setup and app navigation via phone and email.

You will document interactions in CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams. You will stay current on product updates, participate in ongoing training, ensure compliance with Quality System and regulatory
