Stryker is seeking a Field-based Regional Sales Manager - Trauma to lead a high-performing team across South Australia and Western Australia. You will shape regional strategy, grow market presence, and develop future sales leaders in a quick-paced, purpose-driven organization.
You will own territory targets, coach four Sales Representatives and two Clinical Consultants, build key customer relationships, and report on forecasts, budgets, and performance.
