You will manage a portfolio of 100–150 qualified major donors and prospects, develop tailored engagement plans, and lead major-gift conversations with face-to-face, virtual, and phone engagements.
You will also prepare compelling proposals, identify multi-year commitments, and apply moves-management practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams
