JBS Beef City Plant in the Toowoomba region is seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator for the PM shift. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive workplace health and safety, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs, coordinating injury management and liaising with medical providers.
The role requires solid WHS knowledge, experience in injury management and the ability to lead on-shift rehabilitation efforts while engaging with a wide range of employees and stakeholders.
