AMA Collision is seeking a highly organised Facilities Administrator to support maintenance, contractor management and compliance across a portfolio of collision repair sites in Melbourne. The role is 12-month fixed-term with hybrid work options from St Kilda Road or Rowville offices.
You will coordinate day‑to‑day activities, manage requests through a ticketing system, and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
