Glencore’s Ulan Underground is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team and drive asset management and compliance across a high-production underground coal operation in NSW.
You will report to the Operations Manager, manage budgets, develop maintenance strategies, and push continuous improvement while ensuring a safe work environment and solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
