Swing Factory is an Australian-owned hospitality, golf and entertainment venue located at Morack in Vermont South, VIC. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on hospitality skilled to lead our café and bar operations while also taking responsibility for the wider venue as Manager on Duty.
This all-areas management role involves leading shifts, managing stock and service standards, and overseeing the venue to ensure smooth operations across cafe, bar, golf facilities and events.
