The Administration Officer looks after the day-to-day administration of the practice. This includes managing new referrals, setting up participants in the CRM system, and preparing service agreements and following them up until they're signed. The role also keeps participant records accurate and confidential, raises invoices, processes NDIA claims and follows up payments. The Administration Officer is a first point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers, and helps find simpler, more productive ways of doing things.
