Queensland Country Bank is hiring a Contact Centre Consultant to join our friendly team in the Contact Centre. This full-time role is based on a 38-hour week at our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office, handling phone and online inquiries and providing timely, friendly solutions to Members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, valuable MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work well in a team. A rotating roster applies with business hours from Monday to Saturday.
