Respect Coates is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role (24 hours per week), with three 8-hour days and negotiable schedules to suit the right candidate.
You'll ensure our buildings, equipment and gardens are secure, well maintained and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff, coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance, managing contractors and asset records across the facility.
