About the role
- Support the People and Culture team with employee relations matters, pay, workers compensation, learning and development, onboarding and exiting
- Provide timely, accurate advice to managers and employees on the Award, legislation, and People and Culture policies, procedures and processes
- Help implement and maintain HR information systems, and keep People and Culture records accurate and up to date
- Administer the end-to-end recruitment process and join selection panels from time to time
- Assist with developing and delivering workshops, organisational programs and learning and development initiatives
- Administer employee programs including reward and recognition, sponsored study, wellbeing and professional development
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in organisational development, human resources or learning and development
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of human resources information management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level time management and prioritisation skills
